
We begin promptly at 7:00 pm with a brief reading from one of the respected teachers of Insight Meditation. We then sit comfortably for a 40-minute meditation. This is followed by a 15-minute walking meditation and then a 15-minute sitting meditation. At the end of meditation, we have the opportunity to sit and share our experience of the evening, both the reading and the meditation.

Join us to spend a day of peaceful contemplation and meditation with a focus on finding your inner peace. Meditating together is a powerful way to relax and enjoy the benefits of being in community to practice focus and concentration.

We will meet at the Boathouse in Red Bank, NJ. This beautiful setting, with views of the Navesink River, is a great place to spend some time away from our day-to-day worries and concerns learning how to make space for moments of peace and joy in our everyday lives.
