We begin promptly at 6:30 pm with a brief reading from one of the respected teachers of Insight Meditation. We then sit comfortably for a 40-minute meditation. This is followed by a 15-minute walking meditation and then a 15-minute sitting meditation. At the end of meditation, we have the opportunity to sit and share our experience of the evening, both the reading and the meditation.
